What You Will Learn
The Essential Foundations of Yoga Teaching
The 100 Hour Yoga Teacher Training at Adiyogam is designed for those who want a serious, structured entry into yoga teaching without the full 21-day commitment of our 200-hour program. In 10 immersive days, you will cover the essential foundations — Hatha, Vinyasa, Iyengar-based alignment, Pranayama, Meditation and Teaching Methodology — giving you a solid platform to begin teaching or to continue towards a full RYT 200 qualification.
Led by Bharath Ram and Adiyogam’s master faculty, every session is crafted with the same depth, precision and personal mentorship that has produced 3,000+ graduates across our full programs. This is the first half of our 200-hour curriculum — taught with the same standards, same teachers, same transformative Arambol environment.
"Yoga is not just a practice. It is the way you see the world, and the way you choose to inhabit it."

Questions?
Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know before applying. We respond within 24 hours.
What is the 100 Hour Yoga Teacher Training?
The 100 Hour Yoga Teacher Training at Adiyogam is a 10-day immersive program covering the foundational half of our full 200-hour curriculum — Hatha, Vinyasa, Iyengar alignment, Pranayama, Meditation, Philosophy and Teaching Methodology. It leads to a Yoga Alliance Certificate of Completion and counts directly towards the full RYT 200 qualification.
Is this suitable for complete beginners?
Yes. The 100 Hour TTC is designed for beginner to intermediate practitioners — no prior teaching experience is required. A genuine desire to learn and deepen your practice is the only prerequisite. Our faculty calibrate the pace and depth to the group throughout the program.
Does the 100 hours count towards RYT 200?
Yes. Your 100 hours counts directly towards the full 200-hour Yoga Alliance RYT 200 certification. You can return for Phase 2 — the remaining 100 hours — at any subsequent Adiyogam batch and graduate as a fully Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 200).
What certification do I receive?
Upon successful completion you receive a Yoga Alliance Certificate of Completion for 100 hours of yoga teacher training. This is internationally recognised and counts as continuing education hours (CEUs). It is not the same as RYT 200 — that requires the full 200 hours — but it is a significant, documented qualification in its own right.
What is the difference between the 100 Hour and 200 Hour TTC?
The 100 Hour TTC covers the first half of our 200-hour curriculum in 10 days instead of 21. You receive a Yoga Alliance Certificate of Completion rather than full RYT 200 certification. The teaching faculty, accommodation, food and campus are identical. The 100 Hour is ideal if you have limited time, want to explore teacher training before the full commitment, or want to split the training across two visits.
What is included in the program fee?
All fees include accommodation (as per room type), three freshly prepared sattvic meals daily, all course materials and handouts, yoga props and equipment, bonus workshops (Sound Healing, Mudgar Training, Ice Plunge introduction) and your Yoga Alliance Certificate of Completion. No hidden costs.
When do new batches start?
New batches begin the 1st of every month throughout the year. Each batch runs for 10 days and is capped at 20 students for genuine personal mentorship. Early bird discounts apply when you book 30+ days in advance.
