Why Choose This Program
What Makes the 250Hr Different

01
Dual Certification Advantage
Graduate with both RYT 200 (Hatha Vinyasa) and YACEP (Aerial Yoga) — Yoga Alliance certifications accepted in 95+ countries. Two certificates, one immersive journey. Significantly expands your professional reach as a teacher.
02
Ground to Fly: Four Styles
The only program in Goa training you simultaneously in Hatha, Vinyasa, Iyengar alignment and Aerial Yoga methodologies. From foundational floor practice to silk hammock mastery — a truly complete yoga education.
03
Master-Level
Faculty
Learn from Bharath Ram — E-RYT 500, 100+ aerial workshops, M.Sc. Yoga (SVYASA) — and a hand-picked team of India’s finest specialists. Expert-led aerial training from Day 22, with real-time adjustments and personalised mentorship throughout.
04
Iyengar Alignment Foundation
The Hatha foundation is grounded in BKS Iyengar’s precision philosophy — every asana taught with skeletal alignment, prop intelligence and therapeutic awareness. This alignment depth carries directly into and enhances the aerial training in Phase 2.
05
Immersive Bonus Workshops
Mudgar Training and Ice Plunge are woven into both phases of the program — building the wrist strength, grip and nervous system resilience that aerial yoga specifically demands, alongside the mental clarity that carries into all of your teaching.
06
Full Sattvic Inclusion
Three freshly prepared Ayurvedic sattvic meals daily, accommodation and all course materials included for all 25 days. Arrive and focus entirely on your transformation — without a single logistical concern for the duration of the program.

Curriculum Add-Ons You Won't Find Anywhere Else
Beyond the Hammock
Adiyogam integrates two powerful complementary practices into every 250Hr batch — Mudgar conditioning and guided Ice Plunge rituals — preparing your body and nervous system for the full demands of aerial yoga.
Exclusive Add-On · Every Batch
Mudgar Training Sessions
Ancient Indian warrior practice using traditional wooden clubs — incorporated into the 250Hr program as an essential physical preparation tool. Mudgar builds the exact physical capacities that aerial yoga demands: grip strength, wrist stability and shoulder mobility.
- Strengthens wrists, forearms, shoulders and grip — essential for aerial inversions
- Trains joint stability and range of motion, reducing aerial injury risk
- Builds core control and spinal mobility for aerial fluidity
- Develops bilateral coordination — improving proprioception in the hammock
Exclusive Add-On · Every Batch
Ice Plunge Experience
Our ice bath rituals are not a wellness trend — they are a transformational embodiment tool that directly prepares aerial students for mental and emotional expansion. Invaluable for practitioners working through the natural fear of suspension and inversion.
- Teaches nervous system control under stress — vital for inverting with confidence
- Sharpens breath awareness and builds tolerance for intensity
- Builds somatic trust — teaches students to remain calm in discomfort
- Supports recovery after intensive aerial and Hatha practice sessions

Questions?
Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know before applying to the 250Hr program. We respond within 24 hours.
What is the difference between the 200Hr and 250Hr programs?
The 200Hr is a single 21-day program resulting in RYT 200 certification. The 250Hr adds 5 days of 50Hr Aerial Yoga YACEP on top — giving you dual certification in both Hatha Vinyasa and Aerial Yoga across 25 continuous days. It is ideal for those who want the most comprehensive teaching portfolio from a single immersion.
Do I need prior yoga or aerial experience to join?
No. The 250Hr is suitable for complete beginners through intermediate practitioners. The progressive curriculum builds from foundational Hatha over 21 days, then transitions into aerial training from Day 22. No prior aerial experience is required — our faculty guide you safely from your first session in the hammock.
What certifications do I receive upon graduation?
You receive two Yoga Alliance certificates: a 200Hr Yoga Teacher Training certificate (qualifying for RYT 200 registration) and a 50Hr Aerial Yoga Continuing Education certificate (YACEP). Both are recognized globally and accepted by the Yoga Alliance USA — the world’s largest yoga certification body.
Can I do Phase 1 and Phase 2 in separate trips?
Yes. If you complete the 200Hr in one batch, you can return for the 50Hr Aerial TTC in any subsequent batch. However, the 250Hr is designed as a continuous 25-day immersion where Phase 2 aerial training builds directly on the Phase 1 alignment foundation — making the combined experience significantly more powerful.
What is included in the 250Hr fee?
All fees include 25 days accommodation, three freshly prepared sattvic meals daily, all course materials and handouts, yoga props and aerial hammock access, Mudgar training, guided ice bath sessions and both Yoga Alliance certification fees. No hidden costs.
How many batches run per year for the 250Hr?
Three batches per year — September, December and March. Unlike our 200Hr and 50Hr programs which run monthly, the 250Hr has limited annual batches due to its 25-day length. We strongly recommend booking early as seats fill up quickly, especially for the December and March batches.
How do I get to Adiyogam from Goa Airport?
Adiyogam is in Arambol, North Goa — approximately 90 minutes from Dabolim International Airport and 60 minutes from the newer Manohar Airport (Mopa). We can assist with transfer arrangements on request.
