What “Yoga Teacher Residency” means

"Knowing yoga and teaching yoga are different skills."

The word “residency” should not refer only to accommodation. A 200-hour curriculum gives you an essential foundation. Teaching confidence develops when you apply that knowledge repeatedly: observing bodies, choosing clear words, adapting a plan, managing time and learning from feedback. AdiYogam’s Residency keeps these teaching skills at the centre of your training and continues the learning relationship after the closing ceremony.

Why Choose This Program
