01. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the AdiYogam website and your participation in services offered by AdiYogam, including yoga teacher training programs, yoga retreats, workshops, drop-in classes, online yoga classes and related wellness activities.
If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the website or book or participate in our services.
02. Our Services
AdiYogam provides yoga education and wellness experiences in Goa. Our offerings may include Hatha, Vinyasa, Iyengar and Aerial Yoga, meditation, pranayama, yoga philosophy, anatomy, teaching methodology, retreats, workshops and complementary wellness experiences.
Program details, schedules, teachers, activities, accommodation, meals and other inclusions may vary by program. Please review the information provided for the specific program before booking.
03. Bookings & Payments
A booking is considered confirmed only after the required registration and payment conditions for the selected program have been completed.
Prices, schedules, program availability and other booking details may be changed when necessary. The terms applicable to your booking will be those communicated for the selected program at the time of booking.
Participants are responsible for providing accurate registration and contact information and for ensuring that any required payment is completed correctly.
04. Participation & Safety
Yoga, Aerial Yoga, physical movement practices, breathwork, cold therapy, outdoor activities and other wellness activities involve physical participation and may carry inherent risks.
Participants must follow the instructions provided by AdiYogam teachers, staff and activity facilitators and must use equipment responsibly.
AdiYogam may restrict participation in an activity where a teacher or staff member reasonably believes that continuing may create a safety risk.
05. Health & Medical Responsibility
Participants are responsible for informing AdiYogam and the relevant teacher or facilitator about any medical condition, injury, physical limitation, medication, pregnancy or other circumstance that may affect safe participation.
The information and practices provided by AdiYogam are educational and wellness-oriented and are not a substitute for professional medical diagnosis, treatment or advice.
If you are unsure whether an activity is suitable for you, consult an appropriately qualified healthcare professional before participating.
06. Accommodation & Food
Residential programs may include accommodation and meals according to the package selected during booking. Room type, occupancy, facilities and meal arrangements may vary between programs.
Participants should communicate relevant dietary requirements or restrictions to AdiYogam as early as possible. Availability of specific dietary options may depend on the program and local facilities.
07. Code of Conduct
AdiYogam aims to provide a respectful, safe and supportive environment for students, teachers, staff and guests.
Participants are expected to:
- Respect teachers, staff, fellow participants and local communities.
- Follow reasonable instructions relating to safety and program activities.
- Use AdiYogam facilities and equipment responsibly.
- Avoid behaviour that may disturb, threaten or harm others.
- Respect the peaceful and wellness-focused nature of the campus.
AdiYogam reserves the right to take appropriate action where a participant’s behaviour materially affects safety, the learning environment or the well-being of others.
08. Intellectual Property
Protecting children online is important to Adiyogam. The website does not knowingly seek to collect personally identifiable information from children under 18.
If you believe that a child has submitted personal information through the website, please contact Adiyogam promptly so that the matter can be reviewed and appropriate steps can be taken to remove the information where applicable.
09. Liability
Visitors are responsible for taking reasonable care of their information when using shared or public computers, including closing browser sessions after use.
Adiyogam aims to respond to requests to update, edit or delete client information as soon as reasonably possible.
