Bharath Ram, the visionary founder and guiding force behind Adiyogam, has dedicated his life to preserving and sharing the timeless wisdom of Yoga. Deeply inspired by the cosmic dance of Nataraja, his journey into this sacred tradition was never driven by the pursuit of physical fitness alone, but by a profound calling toward inner transformation and self-realization. A defining milestone in his path was earning a Master’s Degree in Yoga from the prestigious SVYASA University, an experience that profoundly reshaped his understanding of the discipline. It reinforced his belief that Yoga is not merely a practice of physical postures but a holistic way of life that nurtures the body, mind, and spirit. This realization became the foundation of his philosophy—that Yoga is never just a “workout,” but a sacred “work-in,” guiding individuals toward balance, awareness, and lasting inner growth.

Global Expertise: Where Lineage Meets Innovation

Bharath’s deep expertise spans a masterful spectrum of traditional and contemporary disciplines. He has seamlessly bridged the gap between old-world discipline and modern anatomical science, teaching:

Training Lineage

Through his world-class teacher training programs, immersive workshops, and
international retreats, Bharath’s teachings have touched thousands of lives across
the globe.

Guided by the Masters

Bharath’s profound depth as a teacher comes from his privilege of studying directly under some of the most esteemed and legendary masters of our time:

Saraswati Jois (Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, Mysore):

Under her direct lineage, Bharath immersed himself in the rigorous discipline, spiritual depth, and traditional sequencing of Ashtanga.

Bharath Shetty (Hatha Yoga):

Yoga): Under his tutelage, Bharath honed his mastery over structural alignment, pranayama, and the seamless integration of traditional asanas.

Sharat Arora (Himalayan Iyengar Yoga):

Studying under Sharat Arora gave Bharath deep, surgical insights into body geometry, precision props, and the profound therapeutic aspects of Yoga.

Dhyan Shanto (IASH Sound Healing):

At the International Academy of Sound Healing, Bharath mastered the science of vibrational medicine and sound therapy to facilitate cellular relaxation.
