Before You Visit
Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know before dropping in. Still have a question? We respond within a few hours.
What are drop-in yoga classes?
Drop-in classes allow you to attend a yoga session without committing to a course or membership. Simply arrive for the class, pay per session and leave — no long-term booking required. You can attend once or every day.
Who can join? Do I need prior experience?
Everyone is welcome — beginners, tourists, travellers, local residents and experienced practitioners. All classes are designed to accommodate multiple levels. Tell your instructor if you are new, and the class will be adapted accordingly.
What do I need to bring?
Nothing except yourself and comfortable clothes. Mats, bolsters, blocks, straps, chairs and aerial hammocks are all provided by Adiyogam. Just bring water and an open mind.
How long are the classes?
All drop-in classes are 75 minutes. The Pranayama and Meditation evening session is 60 minutes. Mudgar Circle is approximately 45–60 minutes depending on the group.
Do I need to book in advance?
No booking needed for most classes — walk in any time during class hours. The Ice Plunge session on Saturdays is limited and requires pre-registration due to space. For private therapy sessions, booking in advance is required.
What is the best time of year to visit?
Adiyogam offers classes year-round. The main season for drop-in visitors is October to March when Goa’s climate is dry and pleasant. We recommend checking the current schedule directly with us before planning your visit during the monsoon season.
Can I try a class before joining a TTC or retreat?
Absolutely — this is one of the best ways to experience Adiyogam’s teaching style and campus before committing to a residential program. Many of our TTC students first visited as drop-in guests before enrolling in the 200hr or 50hr programs.
